When I started to bake gluten free I wanted desperately to taste the days of yesterday. Not only taste, but smell the aromas in my kitchen. My sister and I, every holiday season, would bake chocolate chip cookies and the smell of butter and sugar baking would fill up my house. That smell to this day puts a smile on my face. Were those days over? I think NOT! I got in my kitchen and didn’t come out until I achieved victory.
