I know I have been away at the bakery baking my gluten free buns off – creating new items and perfecting my current recipes! I have not forgotten about all of you – my blogger fans – and will be back in blogger force shortly!
Do not let the bakery harm your health. We who are gluten-free through necessity have other problems, potential or real, so you must give yourself personal time as well as the hard work time that. Goes into getting a business off the ground.
Hi Cindy, I was just as sick as you. I’m a non-responsive celiac. Please look into the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. It might change your life, it helped mine!

Thank you, I’ve recently been snarchieg for information about this subject for a long time and yours is the best I have came upon till now. But, what in regards to the bottom line? Are you positive concerning the source?|What i don’t realize is actually how you are now not really a lot more smartly-favored than you may be right now. You are so intelligent.
I applaud you for being brave and trying to educate people about Celiac. I feel it is like Asperger’s, invisible to a non-caring public and yet profoundly life affecting. I wish you much success.
We welcome you back. Remember that all of us who are gluten-free through necessity have other issues that may make our health more fragile, so do not overdo. You are the most important person in your world.
Blue Bloods’ll never be the same without Jackie Curatola. No more fun. Anyway, I wish you success on the bakery. Good pastries and no blood (or gluten) at all.
So glad to see you are back. You were missed. Can’t wait to see what exciting goodies you are working on. How about a S’more Jennifer’s way. I’m the only one that can’t have them because of my celiac when we go to our cottage in the summer. What do you think?
