Frankie Beans & Betty Boop

The troops who have helped me make this venture possible AND made my life happier during this time are as follows:

MR FRANKLYN DELENOR BEANS

In charge of taste testing anything with banana and carrots. Also oversees all floor clean up before, after and during baking adventures. Has a keen sense of style and often wears my hats.

MISS BETTY PRINCESS BOOP

Works in the floor clean up department. Also biggest critic of what tastes good and what doesn’t. She is often in charge of down time, reminding me that its nap time quite often. She doesn’t enjoy dressing up as much as her Franklyn but does it for some extra banana or carrots.

Of course there are others and – love and thank them all. It was these two that wanted the recognition.

Laughter. Its saved me in hard times. Look to the simple things that make you smile. Putting that hat on Frankie made me laugh for hours! He stood there with no problem letting me enjoy. My two animals remind me everyday of how simple things should be and I love them for it!

  1. Just randomly stumbled onto this site as my best mate has the same condition, but thankfully found out when she was still a child. I am going to surprise her by trying to make some of your recipes. Thanks for making them available…

Gorgeous dogs btw! Life wouldn’t be the same without my beautiful German Shepherd called Dizzy Gillespie. He’s not a very discerning food critic though, which is handy as I’m not a very good chef..

keep up the good work sister!

  2. I listened to you on wendy williams show and bells went off;but what confuses me is that i’ve experienced most of the symptoms except bowel annoyance, severe generalised swelling immediately after so many foods don’t know what to eat on any given day.I went through many allergy food tests to no avail even the rash on my buttocks diagonosed as shingles onset malaise, chills, iritability as bad as flu symptoms i could go on and on can one have celiac disease without bowel irritability?keep up the excellent mission stay in good health

  3. I was sad to hear your dog Betty Boop passed away. I am sorry to hear of your loss. She was a very big part of your life and she’ll be missed but never forgotten.
